Hi, I'm a new OTRS user (just got it installed yesterday). I have one thing I'd like to change , but I can't figure out where to do this: In the reply emails from the system or when I answer a ticket, the subject in the email says something like Re: (TICKET#2010 .... I'd like to remove or change the word TICKET. How can I do this? Thanks! Andy
