Hi,
The default behavior is safer since it will take more than a single step to
say edit or make invalid an user/customer. If you definitely want to change
it, I guess you could edit the Admin page and replace /otrs/
index.pl?Action=AdminUser for
/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminUser&Search=*(similar for customers)

To me, the Customer and User views seem to be 'alien', as 'Silver Springs' also found out earler. I would prefer to be able to see all the customers and all the users by default rather than searching for *
Is it possible to change this default behaviour to the reverse and show them all? Maybe an enhancement request to toggle this in future?
