
Never mind. I found it in AgentTicketPhone.pm,
Ticket::ChangeOwnerToEveryone.
I now jave just the RW agents. However, I now get a bunch of empty white
space at the top of my pull-down. Has anyone else seen this?

Is it possible to have the agent/owner list filtered so that agents without read+write access in a ticket's current queue are not visible? Is it a sysconfig option?
