Hi, I'm new to OTRS, and am trying to have it use an existing XBase table as an External Customer Backend... which sounds possible from the docs... So far I've: * installed XBase perl module for reading/writing XBase files, * added the "$Self->{CustomerUser}" to my Config.pm, with a DSN for the new XBase module. (That is, 'DBI:XBase:/opt/otrs/mcm', which points to the dir with the xbase files). Now in the webui I get: * Can't connect to database! at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/CustomerUser/DB.pm line 56. (Should I worry about the double "/" before the Kernel dir???) and in the system messages log (Fedora Core 5, btw) I get: * Unknown database type! Set option Database::Type in Kernel/Config.pm to (mysql|postgresql|maxdb|oracle|db2|mssql). Is the error message correct that only the listed DB types can be used? I had hoped any DBI compatible access method would work??? Or by moving the CustomerUser portion from Defaults.pm into Config.pm, did I screw something up???
