Does anyone know which file in ../Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/ I would need to copy over to my custom theme and edit? I tried making a change to AgentTicketFreeText.dtl and I moved the lines of code for the FreeText up to the top, but it didn't make any visible change. I looked in AgentTicketCompose.dtl and didn't see anything that looked like it would be relevant. I have to admit I'm stumped.
