Moin, as far as i understood this feature it is just for 'linking' tickets to esach other, to show that there is a relation between them (e.g. follow up with new number, similiar case, same error different client etc.) In this meaning it doesnt make that much sense to close a linked ticket, doesn't it? Hi!
The only think I've seen so far is the "link" option (in Ticket Zoom), but it doesn't work as I expected. I suppose that if you link ticket A to ticket B, and then someone closes ticket B, ticket A should close automatically with the same close state than ticket B. It should work "vice versa" too. I think this idea would be useful for Mark Nernberg, but if it doesn't work this way, what is the link feature used for?
Thanks!

Is there a way to merge multiple tickets?
I have a bunch of (boneheaded) users that often submit the same item two or three times. Rather than closing/deleting tickets, I would like to "merge" them into the original ticket.
