Hello, I've installed OTRS 2.4.7 on a server running Red Hat 5 /Apache 2.2.3 /Perl 5.8.8 and everything is running fine. I can log in as an admin user and under Admin, run support assessment. The Check for CGI Accelerator returns You should use FastCGI or mod_perl to increase your performance and rates it Critical. I've installed http://.../perl-status http://.../perl-status - it shows mod_perl (2.000004) loaded. mod_perl2 http://utkvt1.vet.utk.edu/perl-status?mod_perl2 2.000004 Thu Apr 17 02:07:31 2008 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/mod_perl2.pm Through http://.../server-inf http://.../server-inf , I see mod_perl is loaded. My question, what is support assessment package checking to determine if mod_perl is running or not? As far as I can tell, mod_perl is loaded and running. Thanks for any pointers.
