I'm using the Import/export module, to generate the report of the CI on the
system.
Only need to set tow templates for each CI Class. one for import has only
the info for the charge, and the export includes the header and the ID of
the CI.

Hello.
I am trialling OTRS (ITSM 3.0.4) for our organisation and so far loving what I am seeing. My favourite part if the "Config Item" module for tracking computers, locations, networks, etc.
I have to occasionally submit detailed reports on the PCs in our organisation, but more than just how many; things like how many per department, etc.
I am new to creating reports, and hope someone can point me in the right direction (or tell me what I am looking to do is not possible)
I have created a report that gives me the total number of computers and laptops in the database, but I cannot see any options for creating a report that lists each individual computer (in "Production" or otherwise) with it's name and other details.
Is this possible to do with the "Statistics" module, or will I likely have to seek an alternate solution. The information is of course in the database; it is just a matter of pulling it out.
