now is there any possibility to parse mail from a public imap folder to
otrs?
(keeping in mind that the public folder does not require a user or pass but
is difined on a windows nt account)

Create a group in AD and add both of these accounts to the group, mail enable the group in Exchange to create a distribution list and give this distribution list the email address you want to use to send emails to e.g. help@
When someone emails help@ it will go to both otrsbox@ and storagebox@, your OTRS installation can then logon and retrieve from otrsbox and you have storagebox as a backup should you ever need to go and look for emails.
