[otrs] OTRS add new notification

Hi, I want to add new notification to agent which is not include in the (Admin ---- notification management ) Triger will be Ticket close and send notification to agent . Can any one tell me how to do it , I tried to find add new rule in "notification management" but there is none. thank you
