[otrs] ITSM error while upgrading OTRS 2.3 to 2.4

Hello, I'm trying to migrate from version 2.3 to 2.4, but I have got problems with the ITSM package. My actual version is 2.3.5 with ITSM 1.2.3 I followed the instructions [1] but did not work, returned me the following error: Got no EncodeObject ! at ../ ..//Kernel/System/General Catalog.pm line 86 I would like to use ITSM 2.0, all new features are very useful, but i can't get a functional instalation.
