Hia all, I have a problem to place email wich I retrieve by a pop3 account into OTRS. I perfect receives and places them always in the RAW queue. I made also groups and connected customers -> groups -> queues . In the pop3 connector i used sorting per e-mail address. In what way I'm thinking wrong ? Looking forward to an happy answers.
