You can use a third party application - OTRS Manager to obtain some of these
stats. It can be found here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/otrs-manager/
With this you can easily look up accounting/new/closed/open tickets for each
of your customers.

Hi,
I’m new all of this and to OTRS and I’m not very technical.
If someone could help me that would be great. I am trying to count the number of times a certain person/company creates a ticket. Additionally I would like to filter emails by their subject line.
