[otrs] location of Work Order feature in ITSM 2.0.2

Hi, I'm currently trying the online demo of ITSM 2.0.2. But I can't find where Work Order is located? And how does it work? Because I can't understand and can't find some features stated in this manual: http://doc.otrs.org/itsm/2.0/en/html/x1081.html Hope you could help me out with this. Thanks! :D
