[otrs] Zombie tickets all around..

      Today , our day started with a very strange issue.

We are using otrs 2.4.6 over 10 months.

There has been no system update or change recently.

All closed tickets are re-opened by a follow-up message with a new ticket
id. and the creator is unknown.

For example ;

there are 15000 tickets closed upto date.

Now otrs opens them as a new ticket with a follow up.

Is there a place where i can check how this happened?

We started to close them again since they are old tickets but they keep
coming probably until otrs opens all closed tickets..

Is there a general tick somewhere or somehow tells the otrs to open all
tickets like search all tickets , do a global action and re-open them?

I don't think so.

Any advice?
