Besides of having too many groups, there is no disadvantage in doing this. There can be configurations where you should avoid this. One thing I can remember is the group based permission on desktop widgets :-) > My idea of grouping is to have people from the same

Group for the same departement - yes Their duties - why not use services for this? -- Florian
