
Hi Nils, Yes I have considered FAQ but I was looking for a more obvious way for customers to view and see new updates when they log into the support portal, like a similar link as is currently provided from the support portal. So the question is can a new configurable link tab be added, say for example, a News link? On clicking this link the customer is redirected to XYZ application that handles the workflow from then on.
