Hi Henche, hier some basic hints:
1. how can i add picture or something in header and footer on customer's page (Customer.pl)?
Modify <otrsroot>\Kernel\OUtput\html\standard\CustomerHeader.dtl Insert Html tags für Logos / Graphics, Text as you like
2. how to custom POP3 account on OTRS?
Check out the PostMasterPOP3Account Funktion in the Admin Area. Acitvate pop3 cronjob (Dont know how you do this in Windows, but Manual will help).
3. how can i connect OTRS with microsoft outlook in my company?
What do you mean by connecting ? OTRS receives Mail using pop3 Account, and send Mail using smrp relay.
4. how can i show FAQ Button?
Add the group FAQ. Grant User rw or ro to the FAQ group
