Inside a queue or search results, put a checkbox in front of each ticket. On the bottom of that page you have a dropdown like right now the change queue function inside each ticket or simple buttons, MOVE, CLOSE, .... If you click/select and action, it will be performed on all checkmarked tickets.
Is there already something like this? If not would that be something for a future version?
