Hello Dev's,
I've been using OTRS 2.2.5 and really it's a great product, but some
features aren't already developed. My question is connected to a very
useful module, called *Stats*.
We have created some queues, services and types and now we want to
generate reports, using Stats module, but reports should contain only
!not null data!. For a example: if there is a ticket with service type A
then show "1" in OTRS Stats report, if there isn't any ticket with
service type A then doesn't show this row in OTRS Stats report (instead
of showing "0" in stat report).
Have you got any ideas how to hide null data from OTRS Stats reports?
