[otrs] hold ticket subject in notifications

      hi,

I cant find possibility to hold original subject of the ticket.

i found the next two,  but these are option to how latest subject of  
the artricle.

	To get the first 20 character of the subject  
(of the latest agent article).

or

	To get the first 20 character of the  
subject (of the latest customer article).
