[otrs] Auto response with Customer Username & Password

hi to all, i am new to Otrs , using Otrs 2.2 on a Debian system, my auto response to customer working fine, but i want to send him the Username & Password along with URL(customer.pl) so that customer can check the status of ticket. how should i pass these fields to customer in auto response.
