Re: [otrs] Closed tickets

The agent have closed the ticket as an mistake, and I want to re-open it again so its get back in to the queue. I checked this: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2006-September/012276.html it did not work. I have the latest version of OTRS. 2013/3/21 Gerald Young
