Re: [otrs] Charset problem with fetch emails

Well, changing the file i mentioned solved the problem until now when I just got an email that triggered the same error: Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/Mail/Address.pm line 69 Then it stops there, i have to access the account by webmail and delete the problem email so I can continue to receive emails. Isn't there anyway to just ignore these problem e-mails without throwing a fatal error that stops the fetching script? Or at least send a notification email to the administrator when an email crashes the script? It seems like a rather serious problem when emails stop arriving for companies that work with emails extensively. Of course sooner or later some agent will notice the long time with no emails but i don't really think this should be happening.
