Hi Martin Maybe i am doing something wrong but I have three remarks on the new release: - When the customer has an attachment it doesn't show up with the agent - Closing a ticket doesn't give a notice to the user automatically - The customer doesn't see his history of tickets when logged in although the setting for this is yes greetz Hans Scheffers JifLin B.V.
