
Thanks for your response. The permissions look correct and the file are owned by apache:nobody which is correct for this system. The only things in the Kernel/System/Cache folder is 'File.pm'. I assume thats ok. I also do not see any entries in the apache error or access log. I wonder what else it might be? As far as I can tell it only occurs when I login to the OTRS web front end and browse through the links. I think Apache can't write in the otrs directory. You should run the ./bin/SetPermissions.sh script.
