On the dashboard, escalated tickets show old tickets that have been merged. The parent ticket has been closed, so it should not be seen. I don't know if this is a bug since upgrading to 2.4.4, or from a configuration change. Anyone else seen something like this? Also, the time shows up as hours instead of days. example: 342508 hours :( Kind Regards, Andrew Glossop
