
Hi Jeff, I have seen this problem on 3.0 if I open multiple browser windows. If I have OTRS open in multiple windows, any time I make and update, I get this error. I think this is just to maintain the consistency. Is the agent opening OTRS in multiple browser windows (or tabs)?
