Hi, I know that we can use GenericAgent to execute tasks automaticly on tickets that are opened. What i want now is automaticly create some new tickets in OTRS (every day for instance) Is this possible to do this with GenericAgent or do i need to add a "GenericCustomer" feature in OTRS ?
