The mkStats.pl script will do just what you need. You can use it to send
stat reports via email. Call it from a crontab entry. See:

Hi all!
I use OTRS for a half year. This is nice system, but I need one feature and can't find it. I need to make daily/weekly/monthly reports and send it by e-mail.
