Hi Paul,
In the Admin section you should be able to create a Postmaster filter using
a regular expression that will filter mails like that to the junk queue. I'm
not sure if you can simply discard the mails.

Hello,
Is there an option to ignore certain e-mails from users ( automated responses, out of office etc... ) ? The subject would have a certain string in it " out of office " and we would like for the OTRS to ignore those messages ( not to create new tickets ).
