How I can integrate OTRS with event management system like HP- Open view
or BMC Petrol?

Integration? What kind of integration would you expect a ticketing
system to have with an HR system or a financial system, for instance? If
your company is focused on such high level applications and can afford
them, I'd strongly suggest speaking with an OTRS consultant about your
integration needs, as well as perhaps (based upon another post of yours)
using Oracle as your data source.
In its most rudimentary form, anything that can send an email can
"integrate" with OTRS, inasmuch as tickets can be made from email alerts
from software.
