
Hi I think what you are after is in the Admin module PostMaster Pop3 Account e.g. http://xxxxxxxxx/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPOP3 Have a look at the Trusted and Dispatching and Queue field if you set the trusted field to Yes, the Dispatching field to queue and the Queue name to the queue you want the emails to e.g. Junk OTRS should take all incoming emails on the pop account and dispatch it to the queue selected.
