Hi, I’ve installed otrs-3.1.0.beta1 in a test environment from source (tar.gz). I’ve run web installer and I’ve copied the ldap section of my current otrs-3.0.11 config.pm I get the following error when logging as a user: Panic, user authenticated but no user data can be found in OTRS DB!! Perhaps the user is invalid.
