[otrs] Query regarding OTRS automatic ticket opening

Hi, I have a query, is it possible that otrs to open a ticket automatically when an email is sent out to its address (Example: *noc-support@photobox.com * ). **(Basically "*noc-support@photobox.com*", is an alias group which contains some agents) With regards, Abdul Sys Admin
