If you¹re using an LDAP backend, the username and password the Customer or Agent provide SHOULD be checked against your LDAP directory. i know but when a user tries to log in, how does otrs check the password cause there is no password for this users! they enter the first and last name (cn) and ther isn't any password to check but when they receive the error "password or user name incorrect"!

The username and password are for a ³service account² used to login and read data from your LDAP back end. Any unprivileged account, whose password won¹t be changed, will do.
