[otrs] Auto-reply also to CC

Dear All, I am a new user of OTRS, infact I am in the process of deploying OTRS in my company. I am having issue in implementing the subjected option. I went through the already available answers and could only find one solution which is not appication to the current version of OTRS (OTRS 3.0.11) http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2006-December/013115.html Any help would be greatly appreciated.
