      Hi Pim,
  In my case "Tickets available" is always greater than "All tickets" and on clicking "All tickets" I dont see any ticket..??!!.

Tickets 'on hold' (e.g. waiting for reply/pending states) do not show 
by default.

You can view these tickets by clicking the All Tickets button.
