Hi, I have a problem with the pending auto close states in OTRS. When the pending time is reached, ticket state does not change to closed successful/unsuccessful depending on whether +/- is selected. I am not finding anything related to the expiration of the ticket in either the System Log or the ticket history. In /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm I have the following lines. I don't see anything wrong with them.
