Finally on http://127.0.0.1/otrs/installer.pl, it is giving the error, Software error: Bad address at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Log.pm line 229. On line 229 of Log.pm the following is the code, my $String = ''; if ( $Self->{IPC} ) { shmread( $Self->{Key}, $String, 0, $Self->{IPCSize} ) || die "$!"; } Please help.
