Hello, and thanks as always for a great system. I am just wondering what you mean by "everyone" in this config.pm setting- # ChangeOwnerToEveryone -> useful for ASP # (Possible to change owner of ticket ot everyone) [0|1] $Self->{ChangeOwnerToEveryone} = 0; Do you mean there is a specific "everyone" user, or, that anyone can change the owner to anyone?
