Does your user have permission under the stats group? If you don't have this
group, probably you should install something first.
If I remeber well, stats show up once you install ITSM packages. You can get
them from http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages13

Hi,
I have installed OTRS 2.4.7 but i cannot reach States combo because is not displayed neither on customer ticked creation page nor agent ticket page.
I’m missing something?
