[otrs] Howto add Dynamic Field to the additional ITSM field screen

Hi all, I am trying to add MasterTicket Dynamic Field to the additional ITSM field screen. I’ve added TicketFreeKey12 and TicketFreeText12 in Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketAddtlITSMField###DynamicField with no result. To see if I was doing it right, I’ve added TicketFreeText14 (ImpactID) to this option… and it appears twice! Anybody can help? Kind regards, Juan Clavero
