project is very much still alive, ..."

In the last 9 month we developed some (small) applications with the goal
to replace large parts (e.g. open and close a ticket for customers and
agents) of the otrs web frontend.
With great success. Our customers love the new native frontend :)
Now we are porting otrsm to Linux and Mac OSX.

But, most of the new features are part of otrsm 0.7 :)

Version 0.6 will be released 2009/09.
