First, note that the minimum version that has any support for bug fixes or
security fixes is 3.3, and the upgrade path is
3.0.x->3.1.latest->3.2.latest->3.3.latest->4.0.latest->5.0.latest.
Second, Agents will only see queues where the Agent<->Group matches the
Queue's group.

Hi,
I'm new to otrs I have otrs 3.0.7 version. So I want to know how to limit Agent's rights I mean I want every Agent can't be able to see the others queues of other services
*Exemple :* Agent of System Information service can't be able to see the queue of Human Resources
Please Help me with your experience in OTRS.
