Re: [otrs] dealing with article_attachment table

Just a question: On the help text it says "This is faster but webserver user should be the otrs user" We're running suse, our apache user is wwwrun and our otrs user is otrs. Could you please give me advice on the changes I must make in order to fulfill this requirement without affecting other applications running on the same server?
