You might have better results if you'd use the otrs-de mailinglist OR use this one but post in English.
Btw I find you have an interesting question, but what are you trying to achieve? Its nice to search through the customerdb and customer users at the same time, but then what should happen...? Could you describe the use case?
Also, why did you decide to hook otrs up with firebird? Is it just for customers data or is the entire otrs running on it?
