[otrs] How to change the field "From"in the empty answer ?

Hi everybody, When I am in a ticket zoom view and i want to make an empty answer, the field "From" is filled with OTRS System * invalid otrs@localhost (fqdn)! I do not understand why and i do not succeed to change it. Is anyone can explain me ? Thanks. Nicolas
