Hello Alvaro , yes, i am aware of that. But "Show all articles" are sometimes too many. (some tickets have between 200 and 400 Articles) "Show one article" is to less. I am kind of getting old and sometimes do not remember what i wrote 3 Articles before :) The perfect goal would be: - "Show all articles" (if you want to look something up or search within the browser) - "Show one article" (compact, quick, fast, common usage) - "Show last 10 articles" (small, fast with a bit of history to look something up) After digging around i found: Ticket::Frontend::MaxArticlesZoomExpand Ticket::Frontend::MaxArticlesPerPage i wil play around with them and see if they help in daily business. The second icon is to see all articles.

In current versiones it shows the Settings icon where you can chose wether see 1 or all articles

Can you point me the source code or sysconfig where i could change the "SELECT .... LIMIT 1" to like "SELECT .... LIMIT 10" ?

I would like to show all articles OR the last 10 (not just one).
