
I think you misunderstood my question.
When an agent working on an spesific ticket I would like to show
information about what templates that have been sent out on this spesific
ticket in the past. For example: "Template 1" have been send out on this
ticket earlier.

you can see this via an SQL query. Check this: wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?title=Report_generators --> Count of usage of response template in the last 30 days
